Using the information gathered in the due diligence phase of an assessment, the
Social Sector Process Re-engineering (SSPR) team will develop an "as is" model.
Using the "as is" model and information on performance-driven businesses in the
public and private sectors, the SSPR team will develop a "to be" model that
shows how improvements can be made. The "to be" model will be shared with
outreach and local staff in scheduled meetings. From that model, a change
management plan will be developed detailing incremental implementation changes
to conform to the "to be" model to achieve improvements in customer service,
performance, quality and cost.
