What is a Center of Excellence? A Center of Excellence is a formalized, documented relationship between Social Sector Service Delivery (S3D), the public/ private sector and interested third parties. All parties involved in the Center of Excellence will bring to the partnership a special expertise of strategic importance to other social sector activities at large. Typically, the relationship will span anywhere from 1 to 3 years in length, and will vary according to the nature of the goals and objectives of the Center and the institution.

General dissemination and knowledge transfer management will be directed towards users and industry, with empha sis on smaller activities (SMEs/SMB's and similar), which have limited capabil ty to keep abreast of the development. The objective is that all organizations outside the network, which need BPR/PMO knowledge, will get it through our dissemination activities, and throug them, come into contact with suitable partners for co-operation.
